Francis “Randy” Bell, 62, of Parkersburg passed away April 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Pennsboro, WV September 1, 1955, a son of the late Ray and Dorothy (Hoover) Bell. He was a parts manager at Astorg Motors for over 40 years.

Randy was an avid golfer and enjoyed scuba diving, carpentry, history, reading James Patterson, and WVU sports. He very much loved his grandchildren and dachshund dogs. He is survived by his loving wife Lisa (Jackson) Bell; daughters Kristen Suszek (David Hay) and Kari Wilson (James) both of Parkersburg; son Bryan Jackson (Teresa) of Vienna; four grandchildren Madison Suszek, Justin Suszek Jr., Zackary Sheppard and Izzabella Wilson; brother Donnie Ray Bell (Judy); sister Carolyn Reis; brother-in-law Stephen Jackson (Marlene); mother-and-father-in-law Boyd and Betty Jackson; nieces Samantha Bell and Rachel Reis; and several other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 6 PM Friday, April 20, 2018 at Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg. Visitation will be Friday, 3 PM until time of service. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
