Carlous L. Greene, 64, of Kewanee, died at 8:43 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2018 at OSF Saint Francis Hospital, Peoria. Carlous was born July 9, 1953 in Kewanee, the son of Carlous H. and Joyce (Williams) Greene. He attended and graduated from Kewanee High School.

Carlous is survived by two siblings, Terry (Carol) Greene, and Lorie (Mark) Eilers. Also surviving are two aunts and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Gloria Greene.

Carlous was employed… Read More » in his early years at Mail-O-Graph. He later worked and retired from Pines Manufacturing, Kewanee. Carlous belonged to the American Flemish Club, Kewanee.

He enjoyed traveling, visiting and talking with people. In his younger years, Carlous enjoyed being a Boy Scout, and going fishing. He especially loved his nieces and nephews.

Mostly, Carlous was a friend to everyone. Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Flemish American Club, Kewanee. Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established.
