Obituary for Caroline Hope Leep Caroline Hope Leep, 77 of Grand Island died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Society-Grand Island Village. Celebration of Life Services will be 10:30 AM Thursday at All Faiths Funeral Home. Daniel Naranjo will officiate.

Burial of ashes will be in the Grand Island Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Wednesday at All Faiths Funeral Home. Caroline was born on November 18, 1940 on a family farm near Berwyn, Nebraska to John and Nora (Taylor) Skinner.

She was raised in Grand Island graduating from Grand Island Senior High class of 1958. On April 23, 1960 she was united in marriage to Larry Leep. She began employment with the First National Bank and ended employment 25 years later with Wells Fargo Bank.

Caroline volunteered for many years at St. Francis Medical Center gift shop, she was an avid reader, enjoyed walking and time spent with friends and family. She also enjoyed her bible study group at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and was an avid sports fan. Her greatest treasure was her family.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Dan Ruzicka and son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Kari Hooker Leep all of Grand Island; grandchildren, Renee (Brian) Darling and Eric Ruzicka; great-granddaughter, Addison Darling and brother, Lt. Col. William Bud Skinner (RET) of Kalispell, Montana.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Nora (Taylor) Skinner and an infant brother, Ted Skinner. Memorials are suggested to either the Edith Abbott Memorial Library or Central Nebraska Humane Society.
