Charles Edward “Ed” Kelbaugh, 83 of Parkersburg, passed away September 7, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born in Parkersburg August 5, 1935, a son of the late Raymond E. and Edna M. (Wharton) Kelbaugh. Ed retired from DuPont after 44 years of service as a shift supervisor.

He was a long-time, active member of North Parkersburg Baptist Church. He was also a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Ed was an avid photographer and took many school pictures and class pictures for local schools in the area.

He was a member of the Parkersburg and Marietta Photography Clubs. Surviving is his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Ann (Wallace) Kelbaugh, daughter Michele (David) Everett of Bluffton, SC, three grandchildren: Cassy, Sammy and Amanda, three great grandchildren: Jackson, Brooks and Joclyn, cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Harold Kelbaugh and sister Karen Balser.

Funeral services will be Tuesday 1PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Mike Towner officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday 6-8PM.
