Letha H. Wigal, 84, of Washington passed away September 5, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. Letha was born on August 16, 1934 in Wood County and was the daughter of the late Waldo and Lettie Burgy Bibbee. She was a homemaker and devoted mother and grandmother.

Letha is survived by three children, Dale (Barbara) Wigal of Parkersburg, Reta Lyons of Parkersburg, Debbie (Floyd) Sims of Washington, WV; one grandson, Anthony Lyons of Titusville, FL and one brother, Vernon Bibbee of Davisville; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Denzil C. Wigal; four brothers, Ray, Ernie, Thomas and Arthur Bibbee; three sisters, Myrtle Sams, Ruby Prunty and Stella Smith. The family would like to thank the DaVita Dialysis Staff, St. Joseph Ambulette Service and Camden Clark Medical Center, 3rd Floor Nursing staff for the care given to Letha. Funeral services will be Monday 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Rick Haught officiating.

Burial will follow at Wigal Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday 3-7 pm at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
