Lauretta Ann Miller, 77, of Elizabeth, WV, passed away Sunday October 14, 2018 at CCMC Memorial Campus. She was born July 12, 1941 in Wirt County a daughter of the late Earl and Dorothy V. (Miller) Tanner. She was a homemaker.

She enjoyed camping and loved trout fishing, hunting deer and spending time around the campfire with friends and family. She will be greatly missed by his family, neighbors and friends. Lauretta is survived by her son Rodney L. Miller (Sherry Ann), of Slate, WV; daughter Julie A. Gilchrist (Ed), of Parkersburg; grandchildren Derek Miller, Cory Gilchrist and Vanessa Allen (Tim); great grandchildren Liam and Braxton Miller and Carson Allen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a her husband of fifty-seven years Kenneth Miller, a great grandson Carter Allen, and brother Carl F. Tanner. Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Randy Dornon Officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be sent at www.
