Helen V. Ruble Helen V. Ruble , 89, of Mineral Wells, WV passed away Friday August 31, 2018 at the Willows Nursing Home. She was born on September 12, 1928 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Richard and Christina (Lemley) Roth. She was a homemaker and member of Mt.

Pleasant United Methodist Church. Helen is survived by two sons David W. Ruble (Gail) of Bowling Green, KY and James N. Ruble (Vicki) of Mineral Wells; four grandchildren Kristin, Mystelle, Charla, and Chad; six great grandchildren Zachary, Carolyn, Jensen, Campbell, Ryann, and Ava; and a great great grandchild Zane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman M. Ruble; daughter Colleen Ross; three brothers Harold, Robert, and Charles Roth; and three sisters Mary Morris, Beatrice Harrison, and Genevieve Cross.

Services will be Friday 11:00 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Rev. Dr. Steve Gedon officiating. Burial will be at Mt.

Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 5-8 PM. Memorial Contributions can be made to the charity of your choice or Mt.
