Daniel W. Pittsley, 71, of New Bedford, MA passed away June 24, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Bonnie M. (Burnham) Pittsley. Born September 9, 1946 in Free Town he was the son of the late Charles Pittsley and Frances (Henshaw) Pittsley.

Daniel worked as a tree service, welder and a tow truck driver. He enjoyed motor cycles and collecting miniature antique cars but most of all he enjoyed spending with his family and friends. In addition to his wife Bonnie he is survived by two daughters Bonnie-Jean Pittsley of East Falmouth and Danielle Guadalupe and her husband Rafael of New Bedford; six grandchildren Kaitlyn Blackwolf, Janessa Pina, Torylinn Tripp, Alyssa Scanlon, Emily Bartoga and Jake Bartoga; one great-grandchild Namyis Flores; three brothers Alford Pittsley, Franklin Pittsley and William Pittsley and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 4-7 PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 280 Bedford St., Lakeville, MA.
