Delois Ann Thacker Lawson, age 51, of Rogersville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 16, 2019 . She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. Delois suffered a long time illness and won her battle.

She is preceded in death by her Father, John C Thacker, infant son, Johnathan Earl Lawson. Delois is survived by her loving, Daughter, Emily Lawson, Mother, Gladys Thacker, Sister, Debbie Dalton ( William ) , Niece, Sammatha Dalton, Nephews, Toddy Stubblefield, Jesse Dalton and Austin Dalton, several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, and her family pets, Maddie May and Paisley Grace. The family would like to thank Holston Valley Hospital, Advanced Home Care and Amedisys Home Health Care.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville . The Funeral Ceremony will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Billy Linkous, Rev.

Ken Christian and Rev. Mark Weems officiating. The Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Horne Cemetery.
