Dennis James Lambing, 77, Creekside, died Saturday, January 12, 2019 while at the Crystal Waters Personal Care Home. The son of William Paul and Sarah A. (Postlewaite), he was born July 25, 1941 in Clymer, PA. Dennis had been employed over forty years by FMC.

He was a veteran, having served in the Navy. In his free time, he enjoyed taking care of his lawn and watching football. Surviving is his wife, Linda Larue (Fairman) Lambing, whom he wed March 12, 1966; his son, Vince (Heidi) Lambing, and granddaughter, Lakin Lambing, all of Creekside; sister, Pauline Schurr, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Dennis in death were his parents; infant boy and girl; sister, Bethia Faye; brothers, Charles, William, and Wayne. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 pm at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday morning, 11 am, in the Lefdahl Chapel with Rev.

Kenneth Brannan, officiating. Interment in the Greenwood Cemetery will be private. www.
