Obituary of Dionne Colbourne Dionne Annette Colbourne, age 62, of Uniondale, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at A. Holly Patterson Home in East Meadow, NY. She was born on December 1, 1955 in Queens, NY, the daughter of David and Mattie Ella (Stallsworth) Colbourne. After her mother passed, she became the matriarch of the family and took an active interest in knowing about her siblings.

She looked forward to hearing about all the things going on in their lives as well as the lives of her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her siblings, David (Jacqueline) Colbourne of Forest Hills NY, Doreene (Dennis) Thomas of Chesapeake, VA, Denille (Deon Easterling) Colbourne of Freeport, Long Island, Darrin Colbourne of Freeport Long Island, and Dimetra (Pete) Colbourne-Johnson of Oneonta, and nieces and nephews. Dionne was predeceased by her father and mother, David and Mattie Colbourne.

It was Dionne’s wish that there be no formal visitation. A graveside service will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations to the American Diabetic Association, 120 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005.
