Obituary for Donald C. Trout III Donald C. Trout III, 58, of English Street, Jamestown, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at WCA Hospital. He was born on August 19, 1958 in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of the late Donald C. Trout Jr. and Annie E. Miller Trout of Jamestown. Don attended the Jamestown High School.
He had worked for Sandee’s Bakery and Chautauqua Hardware for twenty- nine years. He was an avid softball player and played for various teams throughout the years including playing for Sandee’s Bakery. He was also involved in many pool leagues over the years.
Don was a die- hard Pittsburgh Steeler’s football fan. He was known by many of his friends and family as “Ernie”. He was a good hearted person and he would do anything to help out others.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Kimberly A. (James) Pangborn of Jamestown; three sons: Donald C. Trout, David J. Trout and Aaron Trout of all Jamestown; three grandchildren: Carley Pangborn, Dominic Pangborn and Ayden Hale; his brother: John Trout and his children, Amanda, Johnna and Spencer Trout; three sisters: Debbie (Greg) Winter and their children, Cassandra and Greg Winter, Laurie Johnson and her children, Zach and Tim Johnson, Nancy (Matt) Heglund and her children, Shawn and Brandon Michael; a good friend Sue Huddleson of all of Jamestown. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his aunt Gladys Fiscus (2015) and his grandma Frantz (1980). Family and friends may call at Powers, Present & Sixbey Funeral Home, 316 East Fifth Street, Jamestown, N.Y., on Thursday, from 2- 4 PM and 6-8 PM.
A service will be held there Friday at 1:00 PM. Rev. Dr. Mark Hanson, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
