Donna June (Errett) Doughman, 81, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018, in Forest Glenn. She was born on June 20, 1937, in Springfield, the daughter of the late Roy and Hope (Pfieffer) Errett. She graduated from Northwestern High School, class of 1955, and worked for many years at Hugo Bosca.

Donna was a longtime member of the Lawrenceville Church of God where she taught Sunday school, served as Treasurer and song leader. She enjoyed her hobby of ceramics and loved snowmen. … Read More » Donna had a wonderful sense of humor and was known as “communication central”.

Donna loved people and was a great listener. She is survived by her daughters: Rita (Mike) Walling and Holly Doughman; one sister, Barbara (Steve) Garlough, two grandchildren: Sarah (Adam) Klemm, and Jesse Walling; special cousins, Jean and Richard Sheets, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Paul Doughman in 2010, and her sister, Ginnie Porter.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 6th at 12:00 p.m. in the Lawrenceville Church of God, 3131 Fox Hollow Rd. , Springfield. Friends may call from 11-12:00 p.m. prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Terre Haute Cemetery following the family meal.
