Obituary for Doris Jean Bush Doris Jean (Garnett) Bush, 75, of Evansville, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born March 5, 1943 in Evansville, IN to the late Mary Luella (Barfield) and Curtis Garnett. Doris attended Memorial High School and USI.

She retired from Great Scot. Doris was a member of St. Mary and John Catholic Church. Her love was her family and she enjoyed traveling.

Doris is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gary S. Bush; sons, Brian (Angel) Bush and Michael (Lori) Bush both of Newburgh; grandchildren, Ashlea (Ty) Ayers, Nicole (Jeff) Allen, Shelby Bush, Alexander Bush, and Gabrielle Bush; great grandchildren, Raegan and Beck Ayers, Kylar Allen; sisters, Linda Crawford, Patricia Adamian and Deborah Garnett; brothers, James Garnett and Curtis Garnett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Juanita Gish, Louise Bouey, Charles Garnett, Thelma Hofmann, and Judith Hancock. Visitation will be 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave.

, Evansville. Visitation will continue 9:30 am – 10:00 am Friday, November 16, 2018 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 613 Cherry St., Evansville. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am at the church with Father Stephen Lintzenich officiating.

Entombment will be at St. Johns Mausoleum in Newburgh, IN. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Vincent DePaul at St. Marys Catholic Church 613 Cherry St., Evansville, IN 47713. Condolences may be made online at www.
