He was born to the late Dr. Gordon and Marian (Rock) Blossom on May 1, 1949 in Belvedere, IL. Thomas married Stacy (Sparks) at the First Baptist Church in Vassar, MI.

He was a Missionary, in the Dominican Republic for 26 years. During his many years as a missionary he founded Capitol Christian Academy, Iglesia Las Palmas Republica Dominican and Iglesia Angosta Republica Dominican. Thomas was an evangelist and pastored for the past 9 years.

Thomas is survived by his wife Stacy; daughter Heidi Blossom; one dear granddaughter Tesla; two brothers, Tim (Rosie) Blossom of IN, Nathan (Susan) Blossom of OH; four sisters, Nancy (David) Henckel of FL, Shirley (James) Peterson of MI, Sharon (Chuck) Lamz of MI and Sheila (P.F.) Johnson of IL; Dear Aunt Mary (Dr. Aaron) Blossom of MI. There will be a Service of Remembrance on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 1 PM at the First Baptist Church of Vassar, 5880 Frankenmuth Rd. , Vassar, MI, 48768, pastored by David Somers, with Dr. Rick Flanders officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 11 AM to time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund. For those wishing to send flowers, the family has requested Red Poinsettias in his memory.
