Obituary for Esterline Posey Clark Esterline Posey Clark was born December 13, 1927 to the late Morris and Ellese Lyte of Dyersburg, TN. She was call home on June 19, 2018 from the Linda E. White Hospice House of Evansville, Indiana. She was married to the late James H. Posey.

To this union, six children were born. Esterline was a faithful, dedicated, and hardworking Christian. She served on the Mother’s Board and Missionary Board and sang in the choir at St. Paul’s Missionary Baptist Church of Corydon KY, Pilgrims’ Rest Baptist Church of Dyersburg TN, AME Zion Methodist Church of Henderson KY, Little Canaan Missionary Baptist Church of Henderson KY, and Greater St. James Missionary Baptist Church of Evansville IN.

She retired from Gibbs Die Casting in Henderson KY after 10 years of service. Upon retiring, she was able to do more of the things she loved. She loved gardening, cowboys and western movies, “Family Feud,” shopping, traveling, and being with family and friends.

Esterline was preceded in death by three sons: Kenneth Ray, Robert, and James B. Posey; one daughter, Rebecca McGuire; one sister, Rebecca Starks; two brothers: Cleophus and Theophilus Lyte; one grandson, Kenneth Harrigan; and her second husband, William Clark of Dyersburg TN. She leaves to cherish loving memories two daughters: Betty Harrigan and Shirley Posey, both of Evansville IN; ten grandchildren: Rudy Harrigan of Evansville IN, Sandra Dixon of Henderson KY, Regina Posey of Dyersburg TN, Bridgett Mason (Stephen) of Cincinnati OH, Michelle Posey of Evansville IN, Mary Kittlinger and James B. Posey II of Madisonville KY; Jaylyn Brantley of Lascassas TN, Miyoshi McGuire of Evansville IN, and Terry McGuire (Chassity) of Henderson KY; twenty great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; a very special friend, Althea Flagg of Indianapolis IN; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services are Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Little Canaan Baptist Church in Henderson KY.
