Obituary for Faye L. Smith Faye L. Smith, age 77, passed away on July 13, 2018 at her home in Madisonville, KY. Faye was born in Earlington, Kentucky to Sam W. and Lavenia Lewis and retired after many years from South Central Bell as an operator. Surviving are one son, Timothy Lewis; four daughters: Cynthia L. Shepherd, Cheryl Lewis Williams (John), Michelle Jones, Kristie Jones Stamps (Phillip); one brother, Rev.

Arthur Lewis (Earnette); 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services are Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 1:00pm at Flower Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 720 S. Franklin Street, Madisonville, KY 42431 with same day visitation from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY.
