Gale W. Fisher, 70, of Markleville, passed away on March 16, 2019 at the Rawlins House in Pendleton. He was born on August 25, 1948 in Markleville, where he resided his entire life. Gale graduated from Markleville High School in 1966.

He worked for Delco Remy, and retired after 40 years of service. He was a member of the North Christian Church in Markleville, the Madison County Shrine Club, and the Scottish Rite of Indianapolis. Gale enjoyed bowling, playing cards, watching sports on TV, but most importantly he loved spending time with his wife and family.

Gale is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Mary Jean (Herzig) Fisher; and brothers, Glen Fisher and Bruce Fisher. Also surviving are several nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cletus and Velma (Creason) Fisher; and sister, Linda Fisher.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 21, 2019, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN. Burial of ashes will take place at a later date. www.
