George C. Bliss, II, 73, of Marysville, died Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Memorial Hospital of Union County. He worked at Union County Industries more than 20 years, was a resident at the Gables for over 20 years and truly loved being at both places. He also enjoyed watching the old TV shows.

Born March 24, 1945 in Cleveland, he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth (Friihauf) Bliss, Sr He is survived by his brother, Charles J. (Carol) Bliss of Marysville; a sister, Elizabeth “Lani” Duke of Shreveport, LA; nieces and nephews, Joe Bliss, Holly Jones, Kevin Bliss, Ashley Bliss and Calvin Duke. Friends may call from 4-6 P.M. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Broadway Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.
