Obituary for Glen W. Shaw Glen W. Shaw, 81, of Beloit, WI, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in his home. He was born May 16, 1936 in Beloit, WI, the son of Emery and Nettie (Ward) Shaw. Glen was a 1954 graduate of Beloit Memorial High School.

He married Mary Collier on October 24, 1954. Glen was employed by General Motors in Janesville, WI. He enjoyed auto racing, football and small projects around his house and woodshop.

Glen was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved visiting with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Mary; children, Dennis (Lisa) Shaw, Curt (Cindy) Shaw, Janis Stagemen, Ronald (Debbie) Shaw, Matt (Deb Beloungy) Shaw and David Shaw; grandchildren, Michael Shaw, Nicole (Andrew) Scott, Dwayne (Heather) Shaw, Elizabeth (Tim) Harmon, Keyana (Chris) Horton, Chelsea (Seth) Shaw, Steven Stagemen, and Andrea Mullins; 13 great grandchildren and one on the way.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Emery C. Shaw. Funeral service for Glen will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2018 in Central Christian Church, 2460 Milwaukee Rd. , Beloit, WI, with Pastor David Meding officiating.

Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Visitation of remembrance will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Monday in the church. Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, assisted the family with arrangements.
