Obituary for Glenn Howard Cash Glenn Howard Cash, resident of Clinton Township, died peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on October 23, 2018. He was 67 years of age. Glenn was born in Mt.

Clemens, Michigan on March 30, 1951, son of William and Lois (Chinn) Cash. Shortley after High School, he was enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and served our country honorably during the Vietnam War. Glenn was united to his beloved wife, Bonnie Marie Collins, on November 10, 1984 at St. John Lutheran Church of Fraser.

The couple first resided in Roseville until making their home in Clinton Township in 1995. Their union was blessed with two children of whom he loved and cherished. Glenn worked for Detroit Edison for 35 dedicated years as a power plant supervisor; retiring on August 9, 2012.

He was member and Past Commander of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter154. He loved classic cars and was a member of the Car Club “Fun Time Cruzers. ” He enjoyed his daily crossword puzzles and was an avid Detroit sports fan.

Glenn had a wonderful sense of humor; and some would describe him as a “Hard-ass with a big heart”. Glenn understood the value of friendship and will always be known for his kind, considerate ways who remained calm and strong under any circumstances. Above all, he loved his family.

He was a loving and devoting husband, a supportive and protective father, and a true friend. Glenn will be deeply missed and his light will continue to glow in our hearts forever. Glenn is the loving husband of 34 years to Bonnie; cherished father of Ryan Cash and Kelsey (Donald) Hiltz; dear son of William and the late Lois; beloved brother of Tisa, William (Carolyn), Brian (Joanne) and Christopher Cash; dearest uncle to many nieces and nephews; and friend to many.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 1pm – 8pm. A Military Service will be held at 6pm. Burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
