Obituary for Virginia Ann Nader Virginia Ann Nader, longtime resident of Clinton Township, died peacefully December 14, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family. She was 81 years. Virginia was born in Prestonsburg, Virginia on June 17, 1937, daughter of the late Curtis and Elsie (Setser) Root.

She was united in marriage and was blessed with three beautiful children of whom she loved and cherished. Virginia raised her children with love and respect with Christian values. She was very active not only in her children’s lives but with her wonderful grandchildren of whom she adored.

She worked for Meijer in Madison Heights for 32 dedicated years. Virginia was an avid reader who enjoyed bowling in the winter months and tending to garden in the summer. She also loved crafting, sewing and had an eye for antiques.

Above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who has touched so many people along her way to enteral life. Her light will continue to glow in our hearts forever. Virginia is the loving mother of Toni Gayle (the late Ron) Monastiere, Vincent (Pamela) Nader, Athena (Raymond) Ziolkowski; cherished grandmother of Roni (Bret), Vincent (Lindsay), Carol Ann (Les), Anthony (Denise) Vincent, Antoinette (Paul), Raymond and the late John Paul and Margie; dear great grandmother of 13 beautiful great grandchildren; beloved sister of the late Bobby Jean and Charles Vernon; and former wife of Tony.

Visitation will be held at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Monday 2pm – 8pm with a 7pm Scripture Service. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11am at St. Pio of Pietrelcina, 18720 13 Mile Rd, Roseville with additional visitation starting at 10:30am. Share memories at www.
