Obituary for Phyllis Irene Seifferlein Phyllis Irene Seifferlein (nee Cooper), passed away peacefully on December 22, 2018 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. She was 90 years old. Phyllis was born on December 6, 1928 in Halfway, Michigan to Benjamin and Leona (nee Schulz) Cooper.

She worked for many years as a secretary at Raynal Brothers in Detroit and for the State of Michigan. Phyllis enjoyed crafting, sewing, quilting, and giving during the Christmas season. She will be remembered for her love of her family, positivity, and kindness.

She was be deeply missed. Phyllis is the loving wife of the late Carl; beloved mother of Karl (Deborah) Seifferlein, Mark (Cecilia) Seifferlein, and Jeffrey Seifferlein; cherished grandmother of Kathryn, Eric, Kevin, Bethany, Julianne, David, Kelsey, and Adam, and great-grandmother of seven. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Ben, Ken, Betty, Wanda, and Pat.

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 2-8pm at the Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Michigan 48026. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Sterling Heights at 11am with instate beginning at 10am.
