Obituary for Bonnie Lou Flonta Bonnie Lou Flonta, a long time resident of Fraser, died suddenly in her home at the age of 61 years. Bonnie was born in North Branch, Michigan, a daughter of the late Stanley and Beatrice (Blackmer) Hobson. She spent most of her life in Fraser, graduating from Fraser High School in 1975.

Bonnie was united in marriage to her beloved husband Kurt K. Flonta on August 7, 1976 at Bethany Lutheran Church. The couple made their first home in New Haven until making their home in Fraser in 35 years ago. Bonnie loved camping with the family and woodworking (making custom tables for many).

A matriarch of her family, she enjoyed babysitting and raising many children including the neighborhood children. She always put her family first and was a truly loving, selfless, generous, caring and loving. Bonnie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Bonnie is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Kurt; her loving children, Kurt Jr.(Shanna), William (Virginia), Lisa (Phillip) Cardinale: her adoring grandchildren, Bradley, Austin, Alexis, Liam,Chloe, Austin, Demetrius, Kyile, Jaden, Dominique, Emilia, Quintin and great grandchild Ben. She is also surivied by her sister Donna (Pete) Garthe. She was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law Ernest and Karen Hobson.

Visitation will be at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Rd. , Fraser, Wednesday from 2pm till 7pm with funeral service at 7pm. Memorial contributions to the charity of the donors choice in her memory appreciated.
