Jeffery Lee Hadley May 16, 1953 ~ December 17, 2018 Jeffery Lee Hadley peacefully passed away on Monday Dec 17th 2018 from Complications of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). He was born on May 16, 1953 in Ogden Utah the son of Dean M and Nelda Hartley Hadley. Jeff lived in Taylor most of his life, and attended Weber County Schools, graduating from Weber High School.

Jeff Started working at a very young age in the Dean Hadley & Sons Construction Business driving a dump truck and operating heavy equipment. He later trained and worked for Swift Transportation in Corinne, UT as a refrigerated truck technician. He was extremely gifted with anything mechanical and made and sold many power operated horse walkers throughout the area.

When asked, he could always be counted on to build or repair various things for anyone who needed his help. Jeff made friends easily, and with his quick wit, and was always fun to be around. He had a heart of gold and was a loyal friend to all.

Jeff is survived by his long-time companion and love of his life, Debbie Brown Hadley, his mother Nelda, sisters Sue (Gary) Iverson, Cathy (Jeff) Hales, and brothers Gary (Carol) Hadley, Kenneth (Laurie) Hadley and Kelly (Carol) Hadley. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren, Trinity Trujillo, Chris Trujillo, and Elijah Martin. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Dean, his best friend and brother Chris H. Hadley, and two children who he loved so much, Cody Dean Hadley and Misty Lee Hadley.

Jeff will be forever missed. Viewing will be held at the LDS Taylor 3rd Ward 2200 S 4300 W Ogden, UT from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 26th and will be followed by a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at the West Weber Cemetery, 4592 west 950 northt, Ogden UT Arrangements entrusted to Myers Ogden Mortuary.
