Mrs. Joan Livia Sullivan, 61, of Metter passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at her residence. Ms. Sullivan was born October 31, 1956 in Clermont, FL. to the late John L. Judy and Joan Ruth Branson Judy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Carl Kelly and Joe F. Sullivan. Livia was a Florida native who loved to cook, loved to talk, and never met a stranger. Survivors include her daughters, Ashley K. Love (Randy), and Holly S. Slater both of Metter; sons, Rhett Kelley (Diana) of Metter, John Kelley of Tampa, FL.

, Carl Kelley of Albany, and Luke Sullivan of Metter; sister, Cherie Moore (Jerry) of Groveland, FL. ; 15 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, many friends. The Family will receive friends from 5 to 7p.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home.
