John is survived by his children: Derek Watters and Meghan Korff; granddaughter, Ashlynn Watters; mother, Lucretia Griswold; sisters: Trudy (Dan) Behnke, Lisa (Steve) Smith, and Julie (Richard) Cloos; brothers: Tim (Ruth) Griswold and Randy (Betty) Griswold; as well as many extended family and dear friends.

John was preceded in death by his father, John Griswold, in 2009. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Keehn Funeral Home, Brighton with visitation beginning at 11:30 A.M.
