John Paul Locher, III January 08, 1931 – December 18, 2017 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card In Loving Memory of John Paul Locher, III Paul Locher, 86, a resident of Littleton, CO passed away December 18, 2017 at the Golden Orchard Assisted Living facility where he resided. Born in White Plains, New York January 31, 1931 to Stella and John Paul Locher Jr, he was preceded in death by his parents and loving wife Margaret/Marge. He is survived by his three children: Paulette Bailey, J. Paul Locher IV, Suzanne Billinger, their spouses, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and other extended family.

Paul, as most knew him, will be remembered for his love of family, presentations on Faith, contributions to worldwide Air Traffic Control, various woodworking talents, and his elaborately detailed model railroad displays. Rest in Peace Paul, Dad, Grandpa and GGpa. We love you!

A Visitation will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. Paul will be laid to rest 2:00 PM Saturday, Dec. 30th in the Loudon County Memorial Gardens, 6505 Highway 11 West, in Lenoir City, TN with full military honors provided by the US Navy and the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard.
