Judith A. Rice, 70, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital – Warren Campus in Phillipsburg Judy was born in Easton, PA on October 2, 1948 to the late Harvey C. Rice, Jr. and Ann C. Mucha Rice. Judy was an EKG Technician at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg for 40 years, retiring in 2010. She loved bingo and going to the casino.

Judy is survived by sisters, Janet Mellon of Easton, PA, Annette Kistler and her husband, Michael of Fountain Hill, PA , and Lisa Young and her husband, Eric of Nazareth, PA; brothers, Harvey C Rice III of Jacksonville, FL and Richard Rice and his wife, Tami of Fleetwood, PA; several nieces and nephews. Judy was predeceased by a brother, Robert Rice. A Funeral Service for Judy will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 11am at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.

A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held on Wednesday, March 13th from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township, PA. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials may be made in Judith’s name to Camelot for Children; 2354 W. Emaus Ave.
