Justina A. Johanek, 88, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 in Marlow. She was born April 14, 1930 in Menominee, Michigan to Benedict and Nettie (Smaglick) Peribek. Justina grew up in Michigan and graduated from high school there.

She was primarily a bookkeeper and worked for the Hamilton Corporation as a stenographer. She later worked as a civil servant at the information center at Fort Sill. She was a member at St. Ann’s Catholic Church and participated in the book club and prayer line there.

She was a member of the TOPS Club in Lawton. Justina is survived by her two children, son, Jay Johanek of Lawton, daughter, Gail Johanek of Green Bay, Wisconsin, granddaughter, Tavya Michelle (Johanek) Morrow, two great grandchildren, Syrus and Ridley Morrow, two sisters, Jane and Genevieve, and a foster son, Ralph Leese. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jerome Peribek.
