Obituary for Mr. Kenneth E. Blackwell Kenneth E. Blackwell, 65, of 197 Harbor Drive, West Union, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018, at his home. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mr. Blackwell was the son of the late Arnold and Lonnie “Judy” Elizabeth Saxton Blackwell Roach. He was a self-employed mechanic.

Mr. Blackwell is survived by his step-father for over fifty years: Ralph Roach; daughter: Renee Duncan (Brian) and grandchildren: Brandon and Jonathan of Lavonia, GA; his special friend of many years: Carolyn Collins; brother: Dennis Blackwell (Carolyn) of Walhalla, SC; sister: Joyce McCall (Bryan) of Seneca, SC and June Duncan of Easley, SC; and many nieces and nephews of the area. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home.
