Obituary for Lee Roy Cummings Lee Roy Cummings, 74, of Hurricane passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. He was born in Clay to the late Jessie Ralph and Oshie Deems Cummings. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Lynn Runion and Infant Thelma Cummings.

Roy was self-employed and was a former employee of FMC. He was a member of the St. Albans Moose Lodge # 868 and a U S Army Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean Mooney Cummings; sons, Matt Cummings (Ashley) and David Isner (Nicole); daughters, Darlene Swain (Bob) and Carol Halstead (John); sisters, Margaret Smith, Delma Cummings and Celia Coon; brothers, Ralph, Ray, Rex, Ron, John, Wayne and Joe Cummings.

He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 3, 2018 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans with Pastor Mike Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Cummings Family Cemetery, Clay, WV.
