Obituary for Margaretta Winn Crosson (Casner) Margretta H. Winn Crosson, 91 of McVeytown, went home to be with her Lord at 9:03 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2018 at her residence. Born July 11, 1926 in McVeytown, she was the daughter of the late Cloyd Casner and Ethel (McMurtrie) Casner. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Raymond Crosson and Harry Winn in 1971; a son, Robert W. Winn; a daughter, Sharon Kay Winn-Bratton; 4 brothers, 4 sisters and a granddaughter.

Margretta is survived by her daughter, Debra Winn of McVeytown; 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; a brother, Glenn Casner of McVeytown and a granddaughter who resided with her, Destiny K. Winn. She had been employed at the Huntingdon Shoe Factory, American Viscose Corporation, Fisher’s Electronics and Emerson Electric. She was a member of Wayne United Methodist Church.

Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Barr Funeral Home and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown with Rev. Karen McCachren officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.

There will be a time of visitation with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
