Marilee E. “Mim” Davison, 76, of Marquette, died Saturday morning, June 23, 2018 at UP Health System-Marquette. She was born March 22, 1942, in Marquette, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Ruth (Liljeberg) McLaughlin. She was a 1960 graduate of Gravereat High School, a St. Luke’s Nursing School graduate and was a lifelong area resident.

She enjoyed traveling, shopping, NMU hockey games, motorcycling with her husband and time with her children and grandchildren. She had a generous spirit and donated to many charities through the years. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Davison of Marquette; children, Dan (Julie) Davison of Eden Prairie, MN and Kelly (Mark) Puta of Green Bay, WI; grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke, Mallory and Brett; brother, Dick (Nancy) McLaughlin of Harvey; and several nieces & nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Darlene Fowler. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:30 am at St. Michael Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am in the church with Rev.

Gregory Heikkala officiating. Interment will take place in Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice in Marilee’s honor.
