Martin’s Obituary Martin D. “Marty” Nusbaum, age 76, a resident of Cross Keys Village The Brethren Home Community in New Oxford, PA, and formerly of Mechanicsburg, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, February 25, 2019. He was born April 3, 1942 in Harrisburg, PA the son of Charles and Grace (Ensor) Nusbaum. Marty is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda M. (Nicholson) Nusbaum; son John of Culpeper, VA; two daughters Laura of Carlisle and Deborah of Mt.

Pleasant, SC; eight grandchildren John Martin, Daniel, Brian, Lindsay, Allison, Joel, Lauren and Owen; four great grandchildren; two brothers Philip of Canon City, CO and Victor of Manteca, CA. Marty was a 1960 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School and served in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1965. He retired after 30 years from IBM where he was a Customer Engineer, Manager and New Offering Developer.

After his retirement he was employed by A. Leventhal & Sons in Scranton, PA from 1995 to 2005. Marty was a long time member of Immanuel Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Mechanicsburg. After moving to New Oxford, he became a member of The Faith Community of The Brethren Home Community.

Graveside services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund, Cross Keys Village The Brethren Home Community, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford, PA 17350.
