Matt Brooks Lansing Son, brother, uncle and friend to all, peacefully passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018. He was born to Richard and Ann Brooks on October 13, 1976. Matt was known for his “unique” sense of humor, big bear hugs, and an even bigger heart.

His pioneering spirit and passion for skateboarding left a lasting impact on the Lansing Community. Matt was proud to be an employee of General Motors. For those who are reading this and never had an opportunity to know Matt, you really missed out. Matt is survived by his father, Richard; brother, Bill and sister, Sara. He will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
