Obituary for Michael Thomas Bentley Michael Thomas Bentley, resident of St. Clair Shores, died peacefully on November 18, 2018. He was 63 years of age. Michael was born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan on May 9, 1955, son of the late James and Betty (Mackelberg) Bentley.
He grew up in St. Clair Shores; and when he married Concetta Bentley, the couple moved to Fraser and was blessed with three beautiful children of whom is loved and cherished. Michael began a career in the Tool and Die industry, working for Chrysler and Euclid Manufacturing for many years. He was a U of M fan and loved all sports.
Michael enjoyed bowling in the winter months and golfed during the summer. He especially enjoyed coaching his children’s baseball teams. Above all, he loved his family and made sure his children never went without.
Michael will be deeply missed. Michael is the cherished father of Maria, Christina (Brad Lang) and Michael; loving grandfather of Elena and Jeffrey; dear brother of James (Victoria), Thomas (Tamra) and Mary Jo; and former husband of Connie. Visitation will be held at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Sunday from 4pm until the time of funeral at 7pm.
