Mildred Bordwine, age 92, of Norwood, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2019 in a Cincinnati, Ohio hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born in Fairfax County, Virginia and was the daughter of the late William Jack and Clara Belle Belcher Jeffries. She had made her home in the Norwood, Ohio area for the past 60 years and was a retired presser from the dry cleaning plant in Norwood.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest H. Bordwine and four brothers, James, Jackie, Robert, and Johnnie Jeffries. Survivors are: Three Daughters: Barbara Koza and husband, Joe of Allegan, Michigan Linda Sue Schmidt of Norwood, Ohio Janice Carol Posgay and husband, Jack of Batavia, Ohio Two Sons: Ernest Harry Bordwine, Jr. and wife, Rebecca, of Anderson Township, Ohio Jerry Wayne Bordwine of Owensville, Ohio Sisters: Dorothy Richards of Montvale, VA Peggy Sue Cox of Roanoke, VA Sisters-in-law: Merlene Marshall of Richlands, Virginia Mary Lou McClain of Maryland Twelve grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for Mildred Bordwine will be conducted Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 11am at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev.

Jeff Jeffries officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum at Claypool Hill, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
