Obituary for Mitzy Eldridge Mitzy Eldridge, 81, of Piedmont, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Clark’s Mountain Nursing Center, Piedmont, MO. She was born February 23, 1937, in Piedmont, MO, to parents Clarence and Pearl (Lloyd) Jackson. Mitzy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and sister.

On Dec 10, 1955 she married Eugene Leslie Eldridge. Mitzy enjoyed singing locally with her sisters, Juanita and Vada, known as the Jackson Sisters. They also travel as far as Wagner, OK to sing.

She was a charter member of Harvest Baptist Church. Enjoyed bowling and bowled on many leagues winning several trophy’s. Mitzy enjoyed being surrounded by her family and adored her grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by both her parents, her husband of fifty-six years; sons: Dennis and Gary Eldridge; brothers: Bill, George, Bob and Frank Jackson and one sister: Francis Marie Grove. Mitzy is survived by her children: Jeff Eldridge and wife Della of Piedmont, MO, Keith Eldridge of High Ridge, MO, Sam Tucker of Piedmont, MO; grandchildren: Eugene Lesley Eldridge, Jason Eldridge, Ashley Eldridge, Tasha Eldridge, Nicole Ruble, Jerika Succio, Dennis Eldridge Jr., Jacob Eldridge, Jonathan Eldridge, Jessica Hampton, Brandy Eldridge, Joshua Eldridge, Tonya Whitehead, Josh Tucker; great-grandchildren: Hannah Bishop, Tristin Cole, Kaydance Eldridge, Aydan Eldridge, Brittany Elliott, CJ Elliott, Braden Vinson, Brenden Vinson, Calyn Ruble, Blake Ruble, Dennis Eldridge III, Jaxon Eldridge, Bryson Eldridge, Isabelle Eldridge, Isaiah Rivera, Bella Rivera, Jonathan Eldridge Jr., Jaron Evans, Reese Hampton, Gwyn Hampton, Chuck Hampton, Kaleb Davis, Gabriella Eldridge, Josilyn Eldridge, Jayden Eldridge, Sebastion Barker, Sterling Whitehead, Spencer Thomas, Mason Tucker; great-great-grandchild: Mariah Bishop; brother: Edgar Eugene “Gene” Jackson; sisters: Juanita Archer and husband Jerry of Piedmont, MO and Vada Nagles and husband Charles of Piedmont, MO.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 22, 2018, at 5:00 pm, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont, MO. Services will follow Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 11:00 am, at Harvest Baptist Church, Piedmont, MO. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery, Piedmont, MO.
