Obituary for Wayne Hults Wayne Hults, 82, a longtime resident of rural Annapolis, MO, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018, at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born December 11, 1935, at St. Louis, MO, to parents Charles F. and Georgia (Seals) Hults. On April 23, 1966 he married Wanda Pritchitt.
Wayne was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Much of his past times revolved around playing and or teaching his family to play cards. Outdoor activities revolved around fishing.
He also enjoyed trips to Las Vegas. Before his wife Wanda passed on June 23, 2016 they celebrated their fiftieth anniversary together. Prior to his retirement he worked many years as for General Motors as an assembler.
He is survived by three daughters: , Carrie Montgomery of Pevely, MO, Merea Silvey of Annaplis, MO and Amy Lashley of Des Arc, MO; grandchildren: Tamara Kendell, Richard Hunnicutt III, Shawna Hunnicutt, Tabitha Montgomery, Tracy Montgomery, Isabella Wilkins, Zac Lashley and Evan McFadden; great grandchildren: Madison, Gage, and Bentley Kendell, Nicholas and Laila Jett, Terry Gavin Richards, Allen James Hooker, Karissa Shelden, Konner, Kruz, and Kolten Montgomery; sisters: Barbara Little and husband Ron of St. George, UT, Dola Dixon of Wichita KS; sister in law Brenda Hults of Afton, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife; one son, Richard Hunnicutt; brothers: Paul and Stanley Hults; two sisters: Vivian Richey and Virginia Eppers. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 8, 2018, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont, MO.
Service will follow at 2:00 pm at the chapel with Rev. Dan Pitchers ministering to the family. Burial will follow at Annapolis Cemetery with full military honors.
