Obituary for Lisa Posey (Nicholson) Lisa Ann Posey, 52 of Mill Spring, MO passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1965 at Poplar Bluff, MO to parents Ronald and Audrey (Bick) Nicholson. Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, mudding, horseback riding and her animals. She also enjoyed shopping, planting flowers, and especially having company stay over to sit up all night to watch scary movies. Lisa enjoyed decorating her home.
She loved all the neighbor children and would sit with them and paint their fingernails and toenails; they all knew her as Aunt Lisa. She is preceded in death by her parents. Lisa is survived by children: Nicholas (Nick) Posey of Mill Spring, MO and girlfriend Taylor Richmond of Doniphan, MO, Chase Ellison and wife Kelly of Thomball, TX, Brandon Nicholson of Piedmont, MO was like a son to Lisa; grandchild: Silas Ellison; brothers: Gary Nicholson and wife Wanda of Mill Spring, MO, David Nicholson and wife Trish of Fredericktown, MO, Ronald Nicholson and wife Sherry of Memphis, TN; sisters: Marie Rodriguez and husband Mario of Mira Loma, CA, Rhonda Connell and husband Jimmy of Piedmont, MO, Lisa thought of Melinda Lheureux as a sister and husband Eric of Piedmont, MO, niece: Tara Witt; nephew: Justin Nicholson.
