19, at 3:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. J. T. Carnell officiating. Her grandchildren are all honorary pallbearers.

Norma Ruth Johnston was born on Aug. 25, 1933 in Tannehill to Levander and Pauline (Meadows) Tork. The McAlester and Tannehill area have been her home for most of her life.

She married Glen Johnston in 1953 in Arkansas. Norma is survived by her husband, Glen Johnston; children, Paula Nelson and husband Kenneth, Jacki Girtz and husband Leo, Glen Johnston and wife Robin, and Jeffrey Johnston and wife Ann; 15 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. She was preceded ion death by a son, Bret Arthur Johnston, her parents, a brother and a sister.
