Obituary for Patricia A. Crossway Marcy – Patricia A. Crossway, 83, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the Lutheran Home. She was born on July 23, 1935, in Utica, the daughter of the late John and Emily (Platt) Hebert. Pat was a graduate of UFA.

On May 21, 1955, she married Warren F. Crossway in St. Francis de Sales Church. Pat worked in banking and at Human Technologies Corp. , Utica.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Pat enjoyed traveling cross country in the family motor home. One of her favorite destinations was Cape Cod.

She was a life member of the Maynard Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and a volunteer at New York Mills VFW Malsan-Jones Post 7393. She is survived by her children, John Crossway, Chittenango, Tim (Judith) Crossway, Whitesboro, Daniel (Judy) Crossway, Marcy and Kevin (Melanie) Crossway, Holland Patent; grandchildren, Catherine, Matt, Shawn, Jeremy, Shaun, Ainsley and Keira; great grandchildren, Hannah and Kaitlyn; siblings, Linda (Ken) Starrs, Canastota, Jerry (Lisa) Hebert, Schuyler and Cindy (Andy) Kistowski, Marcy.

Pat also leaves many nieces and nephews along with her special canine companions, Heidi and Jenny. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at McGrath, Myslinski, Karboski & Nunn Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd. , Utica.

Funeral services will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Whitesboro, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Whitesboro.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Pat’s name may be made to the Maynard Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
