Randall C. Hillis Sr., 57, of Granite City, Ill. , born September 26, 1960, in Redding, Cal. , died Tuesday, June 5, 2018, in Granite City, Ill.

Mr. Hillis spent his time as a laborer working on various jobs for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Hillis; son, Ryan Hillis; and brother in law, Chris Lowry Sr. Surviving are his mother, Charlotte, nee Miklich, Hillis of Granite City, Ill. ; son, Randall C. Hillis Jr. of Granite City, Ill.

; brother, Michael Hillis of Granite City, Ill. ; sisters, Tina Fitzhugh of Edwardsville, Ill. , and Cindy (Todd) Kessler of Winston-Salem, NC; and three grandchildren.
