SFC Andrew Charles Weghorst United States Army, Retired July 29, 1943 – June 14, 2018 Andrew Charles Weghorst, 74, of Sierra Vista passed away peacefully in the comfort of the Veteran Hospital in Tucson, Arizona on June 14, 2018. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a lifelong resident of Sierra Vista. He belonged to St. Andrews Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Andrew was the husband of 47 years to Sun Tok Weghorst of Sierra Vista; loving father to two sons and three daughters, ten grandkids, and two great-grandsons. Andrew was predeceased by his two sisters, Andrew was a gentle, loving man who will be missed every second. Wake services will be held at the Hatfield Funeral Home, 830 AZ-92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635, on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 9 a.m. Family and friends are asked to gather directly at St. Andrews Church at 800 N. Taylor Dr., Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.

Mass followed by a procession to 1300 S. Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.
