Obituary for Sharon S. Jessee RUTLEDGE, TENNESSEE- Sharon S. Jessee, 59, died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at her home in Rutledge, Tennessee. She was born in Lebanon, Virginia; daughter of the late Henry Ford Salyer. She was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Salyer.

She was a graduate of Castlewood High School and received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She is survived by her husband, Richard Jessee; one daughter, Bobbie Jessee and husband, Timothy of Castlewood, Virginia; one son, Joshua Jessee and wife, Celia of Denver, Colorado; mother, Helen Austin Salyer; one sister, Jean Jordan and husband Rev. George of Castlewood, Virginia; one brother, Darnis Glen Salyer of Castlewood, Virginia; three grandsons, Samuel Dingus, Aaron Dingus, and Benjamin Dingus; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Sharon S. Jessee will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. George Jordan and Rev. Ted Phillips officiating.

Committal Service and Entombment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 3, 2018, in Valley View Mausoleum, in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia. Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 10:30 a.m.Friday. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 p.m., August 2, 2018 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia.
