Obituary for Mrs. Susan Marie Anderson Watt Susan Marie Anderson Watt, 59, wife of William James Watt, of 104 N. Lovingood Avenue, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, at her residence. A native of Pickens County, Mrs. Watt was the daughter of the late B.O. and Vivian Hayes Anderson. She was a math teacher with the School District of Oconee County.

Mrs. Watt’s passion and dedication to teaching could be seen in her twenty-three years at Seneca Middle and twelve years at Walhalla High School. She loved her students and was always there to help anyone who needed it. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Watt is survived by a step-daughter: Catherine Watt; special cousin: Judy Erickson (Jim); her aunt: Elaine Waldrop (Guy); and many other cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. John’s Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 301 W. Main Street, Walhalla, SC 29691 or GHS Hospice of the Foothills, Attn: Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Dr., Seneca, SC 29672.
