Obituary for Mr. James Raymond Moore James Raymond Moore, 77, husband of Geraldine Waddle Moore, of 308 Gracie Street, Seneca, passed away Monday, June 4, 2018, at the GHS Cottingham Hospice House. A native of Anderson County, SC, Mr. Moore was the son of the late Samuel Pickens Moore and Pearl Leona Hampton Moore. He was retired from WestPoint Stevens Clemson Plant.

Mr. Moore was a veteran of the U.S. National Guard, and a member of the Seneca Masonic Lodge #185 and Grace Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Mr. Moore is survived by his sons: James Wayne Moore, Jackie Moore and Ricky Moore all of Anderson; daughter: Lisa Moore of Anderson; step daughters: Rita Readett of Pickens, Belinda Shaw and Diane Blackmon both of Seneca; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with entombment in Oconee Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM, on Wednesday, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Oconee Hospice of the Foothills, GHS Cottingham Hospice House, Attn: Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672. The family is at the home.
