Obituary for Mr. Robert Drake Smith Robert Drake Smith, 56, husband of Sandra Brooks Smith, of Mountain Rest, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. A native of East Point, GA, Mr. Smith was the son of the late Robert Junior and Evelyn Drake Smith. In addition to his wife, Mr. Smith is survived by his sons: Robert and Will Smith; daughter: Lauren Elizabeth Smith; and sisters: Ava Smith Honan and Dona Smith Hodges.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 29, 2018, at Golden Corner Church, with burial to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Davenport Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Doulos Partners, 700 Montgomery Highway, Suite 156, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216.
