TERESA’s Obituary Teresa Rose (Ward) Krampe, 76, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018, surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of her own home. Teresa was born May 8, 1942, to the late Gabriel and Bernadine Ward, and grew up in Whitesville, Kentucky. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

She was a faithful servant of the Lord all her life. Teresa was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church for more than 43 years, during which she played the organ, served as a lector at masses, and served as a member of the altar society. In addition, she was an active member of the Cursillo Movement in the Diocese of Owensboro for more than 20 years.

Teresa was also a member of the Niagara Homemakers, where she served as president for several years. She had a love for God and her family. She also enjoyed music, sewing, and cooking.

Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Charles Krampe; nine children, Monica Krampe, Lucy (Gary) Miller, Chuck (Heather) Krampe, Mike (Heather) Krampe, Tony (Leslye) Krampe, Donnie (Angie) Krampe, Diana Cherry, Susan (Brian) Gillham, and Julia (Chris) Baumeyer. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, eight sisters, one brother, and numerous extended family members. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.

Father Larry McBride will officiate. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2018, and until 9 a.m. Saturday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home, where prayers will be said at 6 p.m. Friday.
